United StatesI love the pen with it’s beautiful yet simplistic design as I believe they knocked it out the park. However, I will say the actual ink itself was super choppy and frustrating to use. I emailed customer service and they were quick to respond and actually sent me free refills. I do appreciate the gesture. Although the new refills work better, they’re still a little scratchy to my liking. I still look forward to more pens!
