Best Pack Worth Te Wait

This is the pack I've been waiting for. Tough materials, well built, with plenty of storage (although a couple more liters in the main compartment would be nice). Zippers give easy access to everything in bag without dumping bag to get to the bottom. I'd but again in a heartbeat. Thanks Everyman!

So Durable!

I've been putting this bag through EDC **** this past month and it has held up so well! It is the perfect overnight bag when coupled with the dopp kit, which itself is wonderful and utilitarian. It's been on my back through rainy bike rides in Savannah, hurled in the backseat of my car in hurried morning rushes, and also subjected to a few spills of coffee/beer in the mornings/evenings, and it has held up perfectly. It's hauled everything from clothes, paperwork, boardgames, and groceries with very little issue. The laptop storage removes any anxiety of riding a bike with a laptop in my bag, and the lined sunglasses pocket is great someone who switches between prescription eyeglasses and shades on the go. I am going to be taking it through the airport rounds soon and I am confident that it will perform just as effortlessly. I really hope that Everyman's next project is a bigger duffle bag/luggage made to go with the Hideout Pack that has the same features, style, durability, and is more geared towards travel. Keep it up yall!

Almost perfect

This bag is almost perfect. The bag is great and so far I can see myself using it all the time but there are a few small details where the bag falls short. Overall the bag looks amazing and I love the materials and feel of the outside of the bag. The areas where the bag falls short: 1) Handles. The straps for the handles are only nylon webbing meaning if you had to carry a heavy pack with the handles it is not comfortable at all. The top handle isnt in the greatest location. Because its simply attached to the top of the pack, its not in the sturdiest location. Moving the handle closer to the rear where the bag is more stucturally sound would be more ideal. 2) Top zipper I love the unique design of the zippers, one of the main reasons I bought this pack but the flap covering the top zippers is snug. Almost too snug, making opening and closing the top zippers more difficult that the mid zipper. 3) Inside pouch The internal pouch for notepad is too high. Because the top of the pack doesnt really open as well as a normal backpack, there isnt a huge gap between the notepad pouch and the top of the pack meaning you have to use a bit of extra force to typically get your notepad out or put it in. 4) Interior materials The materials used for the interior of the bag do not feel quite as nice as the outside of the bag. Overall its a solid bag that falls slightly short. Whether these small nuances become more annoying as time goes on, I’m not sure.
