Frequently Asked Questions

What comes in the Super Matte Grafton Twist Tri-Color Set?

Three Super Matte Grafton Mini Twist pens: Midnight, Black and OD Green. Each is 6061-T6 aerospace aluminum, 5.1 in (130mm) long, 11mm in diameter and 1 oz, with twist-action deployment, a flush embedded clip and an Everyman Metal Gel refill, 0.7mm black.

What is the Super Matte finish on the Super Matte Grafton Mini Twist?

The Super Matte is a surface treatment over the 6061-T6 aerospace-grade anodized aluminum body: velvety, non-reflective and tactile, over a deep machined groove grip. It comes in Black, Midnight, OD Green, Military and Amber, each made only in the Super Matte finish.

What refills fit the Super Matte Grafton Mini Twist?

Parker Gel, Parker Ballpoint, Fisher Space Pen, Monteverde Ballpoint, and Everyman Metal Gels in 0.5mm and 0.7mm. It ships with an Everyman Metal Gel, 0.7mm black. Pilot G2 does not fit: the barrel is narrower than the full-size Grafton.

Why choose a twist pen over a click pen?

A click pen can deploy in your pocket; a twist pen does not. One deliberate twist extends or retracts the tip, with no clicking.

Are the pens in this set guaranteed?

Yes. Every pen in this set is backed by Everyman's Built for Life guarantee. No expiry. No registration. No fine print. If it ever fails, tell us and we'll fix it or replace it, for as long as you own it. Warranty claims: info@everyman.co, Monday to Friday 9am–5pm EST.

How fast does this set ship?

This set ships free in the USA. Orders placed before 2pm EST ship the same business day; orders after 2pm EST ship the next business day. Everyman ships worldwide via UPS, FedEx or DHL Expedited, and customs duties and taxes may apply.

Is this set a good gift?

Yes. It arrives as a complete set, ships free in the USA and is covered by the Built for Life guarantee, so it suits birthdays, holidays, groomsmen, retirements and anyone who carries a pen every day.
